Consulting Menu

Consulting, facilitation and training differ from coaching engagements, which is why these services are subdivided into two different sections on the Service Menu. Consultants bring specific skills, experience and analytical processes to a situation (e.g. an annual campaign, strategic planning process or any organizational change initiative). Consultants are engaged to possibly help better understand the situation and present workable solutions.
